June 24, 20223 yr I have purchased the 414aw and installed it. I was notified of an update, i downloaded the update, I uninstalled the original and tried to install the updated version. The installer wont let me. Apparently I have exceeded my allowed installations. To say the least, this is frustrating. How do i solve this?
