FENIX AP PROBLEM

I have asked this in a past thread with not much response, but does any one have the solution to this AP either not starting or always shutting off .Never had this problem with the FBW 320 or the 737.I have the MCDU set up perfectly so this is a mystery. The FENIX discourse does not answer this problem.

any ideas about this, because other than this major problem, the bird is second to none.
