Parking Brakes set every time plane stops

Featured Replies

I am having an issue with every plane I fly.  When taxiing, and the plane comes to a stop, I cannot resume taxiing until I set and release the parking brake.  All my planes exhibit this same behavior.   The parking brake is NOT being set...but the flight model behaves as if it is.   Any thoughts?   I have changed back to default controls profiles for ALL my controllers, deleted and reassigned axis...run windows calibration on the rudder pedals.

Stumped in Phoenix.

Any thoughts on what I can check?  Thanks in advance

Jeff

Hi

I am having the same problem' I have sent a ticket to fenix and they suggest I experiment with the sensitivity setting for my rudder pedals, I found that if I reverse the Axis for the toe brakes and go

back into the sim and apply the toe brakes the aircraft will taxi but as soon as I release the toe brakes the aircraft comes to a halt, leaving me to think it has something tp do with toe brakes as opposed to parking breaks, Still trying to solve the problem.

FIXED!!! -- Windows Calibration is the culprit.   I reset-to-default, the Windows USB Controller calibration.  That fixed it.   I also calibrated with ThrustMaster's software...but deleting the Windows calibration fixed the problem completely

Hi

Could you please explain how you  reset-to-default, the Windows USB Controller calibration. I'm not very computer savvy.

Thanks in advance.

Follow steps and click “Reset To default” at step 7, for each joystick.
