For whatever reason I am unable to open the XR menu at all. I have verified my keys are working and are not being affected by any other apps. Is there a way to access a config file for the app or anything? If anyone else ran into this and solved it please let me know.

Thank you

If you open the companion app and select "Open screenshots folder" and then go one level up in the folder structure, then you will see a folder named "config"

I checked my folder structure and the Config folder was empty. Lol

It is so strange that I can't get the menu to open.

What key bindings are you using in the app specifically? I also had problems when I changed the default key bindings and went back to ctrl + F1 - F4

Kind regards

Philipp

Within XR I haven't changed anything from the default. So when I launch MSFS, go into VR mode, and press Control+F2, the menu won't load at all. Is there a way to change that 'open menu' key binding to something else?
