I'm not sure how to search for the answer to these questions:

1 Do Pilot2ATC and the latest FS2Crew work together without interference in MSFS2020? 

2 Has anyone tried them together?

3 If so, are there any issues to watch out for? 

4 Any tips or tricks?

I run both and have no issues at all. they are both completely separate programs in terms of what they do 1 is ATC advising you of route/Altitude changes and FS2crew is your first officer helping you make certain adjustments on the flight deck. 

2 Has anyone tried them together?

I just installed both read the manuals and run them as I said they are not connected in anyway so there should be no interference

None for me

Old news I know but read the manual, especially for P2ATC it can do as much or as little as you want you just need to configure it correctly. not difficult but don't expect to get it right first time. I've been using both in MS2020 for bets part of a year now and I'm still finding  things out 

 

I've just typed this and realised you are probably looking to use both programs with vocal command rather than using button presses or mouse clicks, in which case I'm sure someone else will come along and chip in. My set up doesn't allow me the luxury of using voice. so I have to use buttons on my controller for FS2Crew and mouse clicks for P2ATC 

You may need to assign 2 PTT buttons one for P2ATC and one for FS2crew otherwise you are likely to get one or the other wondering who you're talking to 🙂
