Problems with flight from EGGW to EGNS

Featured Replies

I had a couple of problems with this flight taking off from EGGW runway 25

in p2a runway 26 shows as runway 25 and runway 8 shows a 7 when i tried to change them in Taxi Mnt

after a p2a restart it was showing 4 runways instead of the 2 and on requesting taxi it told me to goto runway 26 but directed me to go via runway 8 and cross over it there is no crossing point and no taxiway on the other side

Taxi mnt showed the same no taxi route there

(taxiways have been updated using makerunways 5.13)

is there a way to change the runway numbers to make them match real world?

the other problem i had was the approach to EGNS i was told ILS runway 26 and expect vectors i never got any vectors

The runways for EGGW shown in the AIRAC data are 07/25.  It's the SIM that has old data.

TaxiMnt data is only used for the creation of Taxi instructions.  The program favors the AIRAC data for the names of runways.  There is no way to change AIRAC data in P2A as it would be overwritten on each update.

There is a bug that has ATC give instructions to cross the departure end of the runway that will be fixed in 2.6.3.2 Public Beta 7.

Public Beta 7 should also fix a bug related to Vectors sometimes not being given, even when told to expect them.
