Not sure of the cause of this but I use my Thrustmaster twist for rudder and today I discovered that the left rudder was no longer mapped to the left twist where the right rudder / right twist was still mapped.  Hmm best to check that one out if you have steering issues.

My suggestion is to use Rudder Axis instead of Rudder Axis Left and Rudder Axis Right. Don't make it more complicated than it has to be.
