Maybe I missed it but how do find liveries with the Scimitar winglets?

In the PMDG Ops Center or on flightsim.to. The livery will install for the model it's designed for automatically, meaning you don't have to select SSW or BW in the sim yourself. Just look at livery screenshots or check the description for the file you're downloading to see which model it's for.
