RealAir Scout, removing default mini panel

If you dislike seeing the default FS mini panel when hitting the W key in the 2d view, you can amend the panel.cfg file as follows... you add a Window02 definition and copy the Window00 code into it, changing the ident to Minipanel.. see below.
