GNS 530 blank

Hi,

recently purchased the product.The 430 works but the 530 frame appears but the screen is blank in all aircraft.

I have reinstalled from the app exe(C/Reality XP. but with no luck.

Pasting 2 images of files that might help.Doc/rxpgnssim.dll

I have a similar problem but in reverse.  I just purchased the Reality XP GNS and installed it.  The G530 works but the G430 log says "No Device Available for G430.1"
