Would it be possible to show the distance between the TOC and the TOD on the elevation profile?

That would help in determining if my cruise altitude is too high for my route. 

It shows the distance from the departure and also to the destination but not the cruise segment. (I know I can calculate it, but this would save a step)

I always went straight from tools to the bottom options tab.

These are only in 2.8.0.beta (see pinned thread). 2.6.19 does not contain these settings.
