I have sent an email to [email protected] and received no reply since Friday. I am beginning to wonder if Mindstar is even still offering support. I did receive an automated email with a ticket number, so I still have hope. If someone could please get back to me I would appreciate it.

I am beginning to think that Mindstar Aviation either has really terrible customer service or they have ceased to exist as a company, and am about to demand that I get a refund from Eaglesoft because of the cost I paid for a product that doesn't even work. Do not waste any money on them if they cannot even reply in a timely manner

Did you hear back? I ordered GPSVR and couldn't get it activated.
