Error messages and MSFS crawls to where it crashes

Hi Nico,

I recently changed my motherboard and CPU, so I reinstalled Windows and I have reinstalled PSXT through the most recent updates. I am getting a lot of errors which I wonder if they point to a SimConnect issue. Whenever I had PSXT open and I overflew KLAX, where I had just taken off from, the FPS would drop to mid-single digits and the sim would crash. I then uninstalled the SimConnect client that Volanta installed and the issue seemed to have lessened, but I still get a lot of errors pertaining to eh sim being unable to create a large number of aircraft. To the point that I think PSXT stopped working correctly and it didn't show that I had landed at KSMO.

I tried different matching values (have been using 3 for a long time, but changing to 4 or 5 seemed to reduce the number of times the error occurred, but it still happened. When it says that there have been too many errors, does it stop working? Is it trying to reinject the traffic that it's already showing when I overfly the airport?

I am happy to email the log files if you let me know where to send them to.

No this has nothing to do with Simconnect but with your Ai aicraft not correctly installed/activated. (after you re-installed windows and the lot)

and, if there are too many of these problems PSXT will STOP  (it does not crash, as you wrote)  and generate error 81 (see your Log.txt).

Thank you Nico. The problem seems to be similar to one I've seen when running GSX Pro with other traffic add-ons (including PSXT). There seems to be a SimConnect issue with too many objects being loaded and it seems to have been introduced in SU10. I've communicated with the AIG folks about it, since I was using AIGTC before I discovered how much better PSXT was.

In any event, there are strange things that happen when there are too many object being created and SimConnect essentially crashes, which causes a ton of other instability and graphical issues. The problem seems to have been my use of one or more mods that add some scenery items (marinas, electricity pylons, solar farms), as deleting them brought the system back into working order.

The MSFS console seemed to have lots of errors and lots of entries related to those mods, so I figured that was the problem that was happening. Just wanted to report back for others' sake.
