Can't start engines

Hello,

I`ve installed the Carenado 228 for Prepar3D V4 but it isn´t possible to start the engines. I follow exactly the tutorial but the engines only spool up and then shut down again. Even with the shortcut shift+E or the sub menu "ready for taxi" nothing happend. It is impossible to bring the engines to life.

Is there a solution?

I've not installed the aircraft but...
it sounds like you have to check your fuel quantity.
