Hi Clayton: ACD is jargon for Airways Clearance Delivery.SMC is jargon for Surface Movement Control (Ground).NP with ACD and SMC, but I think the "OPERATING ON" part should read "re-transmit", which might infer a forwarding system to another part of the airport's general ATC system.. . or something like that.(I'm replying so you don't feel left out. There HAS to be somebody out there - a real ATC person - who understands this.) ;-)
