EXE.XML AUto Close a Program

Hi All, 

Does anyone know if it is possible to close a program that is launched via the exe.xml, so it closes when the sim closes?

Isn't that default behaviour?  I have FSUIPC and Coualt (GSX) automatically start when launching the sim, they both close automatically when I shut the sim down.

The application needs to be written to detect that MSFS has closed and then handle it as it sees fit.

FSUIPC (and Coualt) are examples of applications that detect when MSFS has been closed. Others that I know of are FSLTL, AIFlow and AIGround. There may be others.

If the application does not detect that MSFS has closed, then I'm not aware of any way to have it close when MSFS closes.
