December 27, 20223 yr Hello, Just a quick question re the livery and master/clone status. I set up a config (TCA Joy plus Throttle, X-Touch, Streamdeck) on the generic FenixA320. I then loaded a new livery. Once loaded the (same plane) with the new livery did not show the red bar on the top which indicated the link to the master. I then simply went to templates----}Apply Other config to this aircraft and the config was loaded (as a separate config). How do I make this new livery a clone?

If the path on your disk that leads to this livery (= the path that the simulator tells to AAO) is not the same one as the "master", then they actually are two different aircraft. That is why it can't be a clone. With the latest versions of AAO you can save the master configuration as a template and then link that template to other aircraft of the same make. That way you don't have to edit all of them when something changes, just the linked original. LORBY-SI
December 28, 20223 yr Author OK. Makes sense. I think the livery has a different path. Will try the master as template idea. Thanks!
