I know TrackIR 5 is the standardfor head tracking technology.

 

There is another company AMIXY that offers a head tracking solution that doesn’t require a IR sensor on a hat or headset. It does all the tracking by camera.

Any one using this tracker with FSXSE?

The support for AMIXY has been rather sparse. I am not sure whether something is getting lost in the translation??

It does work… I am trying to set up a profile for FSXSE.

Right now it is way too sensitive panning left to right X axis. And not enough sensitivity up and down on the Y axis.
 

I am thinking of returning it.  And I am looking for recommendations on either TrackIR 5 or Tobil, etc.

I really want a plug and play solution. 

I like AMIXY because it does not require a IR sensor on a hat or headset, but the support hasn’t been very good. That’s way I am hoping to determine if the is Open Track IR so I can research and may see if there are forums for Open Track.
