I just tried to make a flight in the CJ7 after the latest update, which made significant changes to it.  You used to be able to set the NAV frequencies by going into the menu, but that doesn't seem to work anymore.  Does anyone know how you do this?  It doesn't seem to like the flightplans generated using the MDFD map screen, can anyone confirm?

I presume you mean CJ4 - NAV frequencies are set in the TUN page of the FMS.

Or are you speaking of the C700 Longitude?  Those are set in the Audio and Radios sub page - click on the tiny circled button, then click the frequency you want to change
