I have this aircraft WBSim/JPLogistics Cessna 152. The trim does not work. I have the HoneyComb Yoke and Throttle. The Trim wheel does not work. Also, The Trim wheel in the cockpit does not function either

Hi Bill

This is my setting - this is using the trim wheel on the Honeycomb Bravo (which, as you are probably aware treats the rotation of the actual wheel as a series of button presses).

As with many of the other aircraft models in MSFS, the Bravo wheel movement isn't proportionate with the wheel in the cockpit - in default, it often takes a number of spins of the Bravo wheel to move the cockpit trim wheel of a GA aircraft quite a small amount.  But, certainly for me, the trim is certainly being raised or lowered on the jplogistics 152 when I spin the wheel while flying.

I think there is a fix around where you can delve into one of the config settings to increase the sensitivity in which case you won't have to spin the Bravo wheel quite so many times for the same pitch change although I can't remember where I've seen that.

AJZIP,

Can you send me a list of the folders I should have in my content folder to make this aircraft function. As in my previous post, Both the Trim and now the Ailerons do not work. Is there another app that may create a conflict with this aircraft?

Thank You

Just this one, as far as I can see for the basic aircraft:

jplogistics-aircraft-c152

I'm pretty sure it doesn't actually mod the stock 152 but, instead, acts as a separate aircraft to the ASOBO one and so there is no interdependency as far as I'm aware.

You can add other stuff to add more options for different nav systems but, to fly the aircraft, it should be just the above.

On the Bravo settings, have you searched by name - 'Ailerons' or 'Pitch' or 'Roll' to make sure that there is no other binding in place?  Because I am using VR, I don't use the buttons on the Bravo for Autopilot engage, Nav, Heading, etc, - but did find that there were some Honeycomb presets in there.  It is worth double checking that there is nothing on the buttons and switches bindings of the Hneycomb that are switching something on or duplicating commands (for example, if autopilot was unknowingly engaged, it would, indeed, inhibit ailerons and trim).
