February 23, 20233 yr Hi: I have been using P2ATC and xp12 using the "workaround" option. However, three days ago, after updating to 2.6.4.2 Beta5j, I always lost the connection in the middle of the flight. I reconnect again, and in a few minutes, it disconnects again and again. So, impossible to use P2ATC with XP 12. Are there any other options out there I have not known yet? Please, advice and thank you all IPA
February 23, 20233 yr If your motherboard has the Intel i225V or i226V LAN chip on it, check in the event viewer to see if there are warnings listed with Event ID: 27, Source:ef2nexpress If you see those, it's probably your LAN controller chip causing the problem. Two generations of Intel LAN devices are affected--they suffer from random short (2-5 sec) dropouts that can interrupt streaming data continuity, and the devices are installed on lots of recent high-end motherboards. I've found no apparent solution other than using a third-party device.
