A32NX FBW REFUELING

Featured Replies

I know the new process to refuel is done one the flight tablet. Ive watched videos and read articles but still have problems refueling with the Simbrief. I create a flight plan...download that to the tablet...no problem. Say Fuel block is 10.2...I click the simbrief auto load and then go to aircraft FOB and it show like 6.0. I change numbers in MSDU Planned FUel block and weight but I can not get it to match Simbrief 10.2 (for example) Before all these changes I would click the tablet download...I could see wings fill with gas to 10.2 and the FOB reading on the aircraft would automatically read 10.2 as well. I read somewhere that the engines need to be running before doing this??

Suggestions?

Yeah, do this all on the FlyPad. Go to ground services and Fuel. Click the download icon on the fuel page to retrieve e the Simbrief fuel load. Then click the play icon to load the fuel. You can also select the speed of refuelling at the same time to instant, fast or realistic.

Engines definitely do not need to be running. You can be on Battery, GPU or APU.
