March 8, 20233 yr Hi there, I purchased MSFS on Steam and for a while it was working fine. I changed CPU from 5600x to 5600g and now it will crash at launch. I uninstalled the sim and tried to reinstall it but I could not even get to the install menu. I went on the xbox app and bought a 1month game pass to download msfs through xbox app and surprisingly it is installing. i would prefer not to update to the latest Bios as everything in this computer works beautifully except this. I also checked and the Bios in the system is good for this CPU after changing it. any suggestions on why its working on one platform and not the other? i wish I had faster internet right about now lol
