P2a responds after closing msfs

Sometimes Pilot2atc stops responding. When I close msfs (restart or main menu) then p2a gives all the respondings  on the requests that were not answered before. I wonder what can be wrong here.

Sounds like something is blocking the responses and is "released" when MSFS is shut down.

If P2A stops responding, you can try the following to get it going again:

1.    Disconnect from the SIM
3.    Connect to SIM
4.    File the flight plan again
5.    Make initial call to ATC.  Usually this would be “<CallSign> at flight level xxx” or something similar
6.    ATC will give you a squawk code and all should proceed normally after that.
