Request landing when VFR, too simple in Pilot2ATC?

Featured Replies

When you fly VFR and want to land at a towered airport you usually say something like this: "Ocala Tower, Cessna N8141T, 15 miles to the north, with Yankee, to land" but when doing this in Pilot2ATC I don't get any response. Instead I tried to say "Ocala Tower, Cessna N8141T, to land" and then it worked. Am I doing something wrong or are these standard VFR landing requests not modelled in Pilot2ATC?

The grammar will be updated in the next Beta to accommodate this.  It should have worked before, but there were some bugs in the grammar.

Thanks!
