March 19, 20233 yr Friday evening I made macaroni and cheese for dinner. I chopped up half a brick of SPAM to put in it. One package of Kraft macaroni and cheese is too much for me to eat at once so I saved half of it for last evening's dinner. I started to eat it and it seemed kind of mushy and bland so I added a handful of trail mix to the bowl and stirred it up a bit. That made all the difference with the various nuts and raisins and whatever they put in the trail mix I buy. The next time I make it I'm going to add peanuts to it. I like crunch. That's why I toast bread and English muffins so they're burnt a bit. And I fry bacon extra crisp. WalMart has a store brand of oatmeal cookies that are nice and crunchy. I always have some in the cookie jar along with some Oreos. Noel The tires are worn. The shocks are shot. The steering is wobbly. But the engine still runs fine.
