FSX-MS camera snapping back to center

using a PS3 controller and seems like whenever I use the right stick to look around the camera keeps snapping back to center view, any way to make it stay instead of snapping back to the center?

I just tried it with my controller and that seems to be the default action. 

I was hoping to give you an alternative. No luck, but will still keep trying.

In the meantime maybe someone else can.

Which camera view??  Cockpit?  Depending on which camera view you are using, this is what you need to look at.  You need to make sure there is no "snap return.
