I have noticed, while planning, a flight that the GS in flight plan is sometime much higher than the indicated "Plan GS". I know that this is due to restriction in the Zone and that P2A puts the max speed limit as mandatory. But then, if it is the max speed limit, what's the point not being able to change it for a lower one ? Hope to be clear lol. Thanks !

Generally, the Target Speed used for calculations is the lower of the overall Planned GS shown at the top of the flight plan, and adjustable by the user, and the published speed limit...or 250 kts below 10000 ft.
