December 23, 20232 yr I did the same with the "Event" action. Only difference was the focus of course and I did not have anything in for Event Value (the 1). What is the purpose for that? When I can get back to it today I'll try that in the sim, I am also thinking I should try "Long press up". Good to know FOCUS works on any program, easier to debug. I don't use notepad++ anymore, so I tried it with a few other editors (code, 10x) and did not get anything - I even took out the FOCUS hit button while editor was focused. Not luck sending input to the editor. In order for AaO work while not connected to the sim, is there anything I need to enable (like offline or something) to test this way? I appreciate your help.

Nothing will happen on the StreamDeck unless AAO is active and either connected to the sim or running in Offline Mode. FOCUS: this expects the process name, exactly as it is shown in the Windows Task Manager. Edited December 23, 20232 yr by Lorby_SI LORBY-SI

Without the event value, the Event Action will not do anything. The value is required for all true Events and Variables (K:, L:, A: etc.). For example for setting 100 or 1000ft on the K:AP_ALT_VAR_INC. Just S: doesn't really need it, but it must be there nevertheless. LORBY-SI
December 23, 20232 yr Well I figured out my issue, finally. I was missing the final parenthesis on the last command: (VKU:7-135-54 instead of (VKU:7-135-54). Sorry for the bother, but I did learn a few things and appreciate it. I got the Offline thing working, I was trying the Application->Automatic offline mode instead of clicking Offline Mode in the top right (did not see it at first.)
