local time conflict

Recommended Posts

Guest delsimflyer

the local time of my place is +4:30 GMT whereas in fsx it is +5:00 GMT. But, if I keep the local time in fsx same as that of realworld, the sun sets 20-25 minutes earlier in fsx. How can I fix this?

You can modify the Time Zone of the area in FSX using the xml command. If you have the SDK installed it gives the syntax to use. Do you have the SDK installed? Are you in Newfoundland or something?RhettAMD 3700+ (@2585 mhz), eVGA 7800GT 256 (Guru3D 93.71), ASUS A8N-E, PC Power 510 SLI, 2gb Corsair XMS 3-3-3-8 (1T), WD 150 gig 10000rpm Raptor, WD 250gig 7200rpm SATA2, Seagate 120gb 5400 rpm external HD, CoolerMaster Praetorian

The other work around is to go into the library here at AVSIM and download theFS Real Time v1.83 (with World Time Zones v3.0) realtime_201296.zip Author: Joshua RobertsonDennis Thompson
