the local time of my place is +4:30 GMT whereas in fsx it is +5:00 GMT. But, if I keep the local time in fsx same as that of realworld, the sun sets 20-25 minutes earlier in fsx. How can I fix this?

You can modify the Time Zone of the area in FSX using the xml command. If you have the SDK installed it gives the syntax to use.
