Look for HEAT_BIG in the packages folder and make sure the file extension is .fx.  There are two places the heat blur effect can be found in legacy effects and in FSLTL folder if you have FLSTL.  It is also possible they made the heat effects more realisitic and it's in the FBW package now. I don't know. I disable it as I fly weekly and have never seen engine heat effects even close to what asobo depicts.

thanks for your answer my friend. Yes, that effect can be found in C:\Users\xxxxo\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache\Packages\Official\OneStore\fs-base-effects-legacy\effects

the full name is FX_ASOBO_HEAT_BIG.fx and also is present there the .....SMALL.fx

so I don't know why is not depicting but a few days before unistall A320fbw there was showing, this is annoying!!

and like you said, is still present too in FSLTL folder.
