April 17, 20233 yr Hi, when can we expect DF navigation to be implemented? I believe it would be of utmost importance to long range fliers such as myself, who have other business to attend to in the real world and cannot spend the 20 or so hours trying to keep the aircraft on course.
April 17, 20233 yr I would also love to see this, especially when flying long range, which the clipper is intended to do. In the meantime I wouldn’t mind if it could follow a previously loaded MSFS (.PLN) flightplan , despite being unrealistic. Edited April 17, 20233 yr by longrangecruise Regards, Perry
April 17, 20233 yr Commercial Member You should be able to tune the ADF to the weather ships in both the Atlantic and the Pacific and navigate that way. There are times when the weather ships will be out of range, at which point you'll need to fall back to dead reckoning. A flightplan would require an accurate autopilot and the Model 314 doesn't have one.

Is there any estimate on when/even if DF will be implemented?, and any temporary solutions over the pacific, because I have never seen any weather ships.
