Cruise altitude stuck on FL116

Featured Replies

No matter what I do after loading fpl from simbrief the cruise altitude is set at FL116.  It should be for this flight FL380.  I cant even manually change it, can change everything else like des and GS etc but not cruise.  Never had this issue before.  Currently using latest beta but did revert back to stable latest version and doing the same.

FL 116 is a very strange altitude.  Normally the problem that prevents a desired altitude from being entered is Airway altitude restrictions or a mismatch of odd/even altitudes for Bearing Based Altitudes.  Both of these can be turned off in Config.

But FL116, or 11,600 ft, is not an altitude that P2A would assign.

Please Save the flight plan in question to a .vbf file and email to me so I can have a look.

Thanks again Dave.  That was the issue.  I do feel a bit silly I didnt pick that up actually.  I did change the setting to metric by mistake for a GA in NZ.  I di often change that setting when flying between US and europe/oceania to get correct pressure language from ATC -Hpa etc.  Cheers.
