April 26, 20233 yr When I am programming the x touch mini with AAO, I run into one annoying aspect of this utility. Specifically, when I am using the "combo" option, the utility requires a very specific order of input entries in order to recognize a device's rotary click( the push button). For example, if I click any field other than the combo field first, when I go into the combo field, the utility will not recognize the "click" of a button. It will input either a left or right rotary event, but not a click( or push button). In order for the utility to recognize the "click", the entire entry window must be empty and the combo field must the first one to receive an input. This is not outlined in the manual, and I spent quite some time until I finally was able the combo feature. Please correct me if I am wrong. tony

I'm sorry, but I cannot reproduce what you describe My test (normal mode of the XT, not MC): 1. Press the "+" 2. Turn an encoder on the X-Touch, so I have "right turn" in the assignment box 3. Click on the green LED for the Combo button 4. Press on the rotary encoder so it clicks in -> AAO registers a "CLICK" every time. I can even alternate between TURN and CLICK in the Combo at leisure, use different buttons, whatever. It works consitently every time. Make sure that your X-Touch is configured correctly with the Behringer "X-TOUCH EDITOR" app. This sounds like the turn and click are sending the same note on your device. Or reset the X-Touch to factory default: Quote Unplug the X-Touch. Press and hold both LAYER buttons, A and B, on the right side of the device. Plug-in the device while still keeping down the two layer buttons. Keep holding down the buttons for a few seconds, the buttons will flash a few times.
