I've made a couple of flight with my Alpha Yoke and rudder pedals working great.

Now when I try to fly, the yoke and pedals are very sluggish and do not go through the entire range of motion.  Probably only about 30 degrees or so.  I cannot steer the aircraft with rudder tiller.  I cannot rotate for takeoff.

 

Any Ideas?

Did you check your settings in the simulator? Seems to me to be the most probable root of your issue.
