Where is the shader cache located?

Google would tell you.

Nuclear option. Uninstall P3Dv5 Scenery, Content, Client in that order. Then uninstall the remaining P3Dv5 entry in Add / Remove Programs in CP.

Reboot.

Delete all v5 install files. Re-download the main setup file.

Install it to D:\P3Dv5 and launch P3Dv5 in admin mode. Make sure it’s a different root path to your previous efforts.

At the Scenario screen just hit OK and see what happens. It should load into the sim. If it doesn’t there are underlying problems unrelated to P3D.

Is English your Windows language?

Please list your hardware just for info.

Okay, that hardware looks okay although the GPU isn’t very powerful.

I just reinstalled P3D and still giving me the problem being stuck at 0%. While installing P3D I note that it takes a while for it to install the last scenery bits in the installer I'm not sure if thats normal or not.

Yes, that’s normal. I’m out of ideas, sorry. Try posting over on the P3D forum. Someone may have the answer.
