I'm struggling to get answers from Real Nav Data, so I'm hoping someone here may be able to assist.

I've built a new PC, so the DB key for Real Nav Data has changed. I've emailed their support asking how I can get the update for the new DB key, but I haven't had a response.

Does anyone know if I can transfer it without their assistance?

I've also tried calling the Mindstar phone line but it does not go through.

This issue is already in the online support process and will not be addressed in the forum other than to state that there is no method for you to transfer a license for the database.

I'm happy to buy a new copy, but the buy page on the website is broken, and I still have not heard from support since July 6.
