Is there logic in Pilot2ATC for handling parallel runways? For example, KFCM… runway 10R and 10L. Normally you would be given 10L by tower if you are approaching VFR from the North and 10R if you are approaching from the South for a VFR approach. Is that in Pilot2ATC or do we have to request a specific runway to simulate it?

P2A does not have any "local knowledge" and so would not have that information.  If you want a specific runway, you would need to request it.
