Hi when i press the ptt button pilot2atc freeze then crash so i can t use it, 'attached log file

Check your Memory usage in Task Manager when P2A and the SIM are up and running.  If the percent utilization is over about 80%, then you are probably running out of resources.  With MSFS 32GB of memory may not be enough.

Another thing to check is if the button you press for PTT is also set in the SIM to do something or elsewhere in P2A to do something.  See what happens when you use the PTT button on the main screen instead of the hardware PTT joystick button.
