August 3, 20232 yr I bought a new copy of RealNav Data two days ago, and it has been charged to my credit card, but the download does not work, and I have not received any email confirmation. I've emailed support with the purchase details, but I have not had a response. Entering my email address and invoice number just shows Sorry, There Was a Problem! Internal Server Error

August 5, 20232 yr Author Thanks Ed, the NavUpdate downloaded, but I get an error when powering up the G1000 "REALNAV HOME NOT ALLOWED". Do I need the Professional version? Can I upgrade?
August 5, 20232 yr Commercial Member What is this license for? What avionics are you using this with? Is this an actual commercial training system you're working with? It sounds like you're trying to use a home license for RealNav with an avionics package that has a professional license. If that's so, no... it won't work and we'll have to get you upgraded. August 5, 20232 yr Author I've just sent another support email, hopefully this one goes through. It's the Mindstar G1000 suite running in a King Air in P3D V3.
August 6, 20232 yr Commercial Member This one did go through. I will see if I can get it expedited on Monday. Side note: I can not locate any licensing for a G1000 under your name or email.
