Majestic Dash 8-400 control panel

I have both P3dv5 & 6 of this installed.

it seems the control panel for setting up the aircraft is present for V5 but I am unable to locate it for V6. I'd like to set up nose wheel steering and the like.

Any thoughts where it is? Many thanks.

On my set up it is inside this folder:

C:\Prepar3D v6\SimObjects\Airplanes\mjc8q400\cpan

If someone could remind me on how to set it up to be able to use rudder pedals for ground steering / tiller, I’d appreciate it.  

I’m reinstalling into 5.4 and I use FSUIPC6.  & do not want to taxi / steer with Aileron axis.
