Alpha Yoke will not connect to computer

Recommended Posts

Purchased Alpha Yoke from Sporties.  It will not connect to computer.  No link light when I plug in the USB cable.  Tried a different USB Ccable with no success.  Rebooted computer, no joy.

Bravo throttle quadrant connects fine.

Tried cutting off a bit of the rubber on the USB C end of the cable in case it was not going in far enough.  Still does not work

Any suggestions appreciated.

Thanks,

Ljasmann

Is it an Alpha XPC? If so, make sure to use the correct USB port. There are two on the backside, one is exclusively for the XBox and will not work with a PC.
