Recently I have had several "Analyze Wait Change" msgs in the WIN11 resource monitor.  The sim pauses and all CPUs are maxed.  The last simulation identified Threads 15872, 1756, and 14132 as waiting for a resource to use.  I have the default [JOB SCHEDULER] in the *.cfg file and HT enabled.  Any suggestions or help would be appreciated--Thanks,

P3D is a cpu resource hog and will happily use all the cores and max them out.

I have an Intel 13700K cpu.  I recently enabled hyperthreading, and then quickly switched it off after running P3D as it maxxed out all 32 cores and my cpu fan was at max rpm.

What I ended up doing is changing the jobscheduler settings to allow P3D to use all 16 cores except core0.  Things are running much better now.

You might want to try something similar.

Your processor has the same number of cores as mine so you can try my settings which are for Hyperthreading OFF:
