Panel lights Problem!

All of a sudden, I can't turn on my panel lights...on any aircraft. I've checked my keyboard commands and everything is OK. "L" turns on all aircraft lights. But shift+L doesn't turn on the panel. I've checked and rechecked, and everything is in order. Any ideas? Stan
