Here is my scenario. I have 20 plus Assigned Buttons configured for the TBM930. I finished this up this past weekend, and everything was working perfectly.

Yesterday during a flight, all was good until I landed. Upon landing none of the AAO assigned buttons were working. I could no longer zoom the range on the G1000, BARO dials no longer functioned, Softkeys on the G1000 no longer functioned. I thought maybe it was some port issue, so here is what I did to check that.

1. Closed down AAO
2. Opened the AXISANDOHS FIP PANEL with the TBM930 loaded. The border was RED. I left it open.
3. Started up AAO, it immediately loaded my TBM 930 Asobo profile and the RED border around the FIP Panel went away, so I am assuming it is communicating via the correct ports.

When I turn any dials or push any buttons, the green lights go green in the Assigned Buttons listing verifying they are being seen as I turn and push on the FlightSimBuilder G1000 panels. The game graphics are not reflecting that change.

I am pulling my hair out on this one. Everything was working just excellent with AAO and Stream Deck. All the Stream Deck functions are moving the dials and buttons correctly in the sim, and visually on the screen. Any suggestions?

That would depend on what kind of events the buttons are actuating. The absolutely only scenario where the ports (or the ingame panel) come into play is BVars. Nothing else requires them.

I'm not 100% sure I understand the issue yet. So the StreamDeck is working 100% but the button assignments are not? I suggest that you send an email with your proof of purchase to the support address, which you find on the last page of the manual.
