Well I have tried everything from  reinstalling to gsx profiles.

and yet the jetways won’t move at all.

dont  know  this  might  be  a  off  chance    if you go  to customize airport settings  what is  selected  in  the  jetways  options   no jetways or parking  has a bgl jetway ?

Got it sorted with above mentioned .By manually excluding airport in config .
