Hi, I`m having issue with all flights passing over Marseille because when atc give me the command to switch to Marseille Center on 119.82 the program doesn`t recognize the frequency and I cannot continue the flight. It`s like i never set the right radio frequency. I think there is some conflict in the database and i`ve tried to import new ARTCC data but i`wasn`t able to: there`s a specific procedure for MSFS 2020? In the documentation I`ve found how to do with FSX or P3D.

If you are not on the latest beta version, earlier versions did have some issues with center frequencies, so update to Beta 7I first. 

If that doesn't fix the problem, you can change the Center frequencies using TaxiMnt on the ARTCC tab.  Just display the map for your area and show the boundaries.  Then click on the center name/frequency you want to change and edit it in the box to the left.  Then save.  You have to stop and restart P2A to get the new data to be used by the program.

I`ve tried with latest beta but the problem persists.  The ARTCC sector north from OLBIA have inside two frequencies: 131.10 Rome and 119.825 Marseille. If I try to move the frequency it just returns in the old position once i restart P2ATC.

You cannot move the boundaries.  You can only change the frequencies.

After you change, you need to Save the changes.  When you close TaxiMnt you may be asked again if you want to save and you need to say Yes to that.

Also, if you send me a log file for a flight where this happened, I'll look into it.  There have been some changes to how the program deals with frequencies in recent versions.

P2A Log files are located in: 

C:\Users\<UserName>\AppData\Roaming\P2A_200\Logs 
where <UserName> is your PC user name. 

Portions of the path may be hidden by default, so be sure Windows Explorer has Show Hidden Items checked in the View tab.

A new one is created each time you start Pilot2ATC, and is closed when you shut it down. So if you take the most recent one after you have the error and after you shut down P2A, you should have the correct one.

In the log, it appears you are setting the frequency to 119.81.  How are you setting it?  Are you using a rotary hardware device like the Saitek radio stack?  If so, it would probably display 119.825 when you are on the correct frequency.

Have you tried setting it in P2A?

I`m settings the frequency with a button but in the last flight i`ve tried to set with P2A window but no results...the problem is that when i set 119.825 the program read that frequncy as rome center again like i`m in the old 131.10 frequency.  I think it`s a problem with the ARTCC conflict because in that sector there are 2 freqs and in the near sector on the left no one (1st image in the 1st post).

The visual placement of the center names/frequencies can sometimes be off due to the shape of the boundary making it difficult to determine its center.  No area has more than one controller and all areas have one controller.

It is not uncommon for multiple areas to have the same controller/frequency and the program can deal with that.

In my display of that region, I have no ARTCC controllers with frequency 119.825.  

I don't see a switch to that frequency in the latest log file.  When you do switch to that frequency, even if P2A doesn't think there is a valid controller on that frequency, it will display with no Controller Name and an entry sstarting with ControllerFreqChanged: will be entered into the log.

There is no image showing in the post, that I can see.  If you email it to me I might be able to see what's going on.
