On my windows PC, control + 9 takes me to the Captain's UFT - I cannot find a similar shortcut for the FO's tablet - is there one? or do you have any suggestions as to how to create one.

That would be a custom view that you set with CTRL + ALT + whatever number you want to assign. Then ALT + that number to jump to it.
