How can I turn on VC-shadows in Acceleration?

Featured Replies

See topic title. I must be blind, but I really can't find the option.

It's the Aircraft Cast shadows option.

Aircraft shadows are on and so is DX10 preview. Maybe it only works with specific aircraft (the new ones)? I gave the new heli and the jet a try but I didn't see any shadows...

I can't remember but is it Aircraft shadows or Aircraft casts shadows on itself? That's checked?Try flying towards the sun at about 2 hours after dawn in the Maule and look behind at the seats, anything? All the default aircraft I have tried have shadows, can't think of anything else that would not allow them to appear.
